I'm 31 weeks pregnant, my blood group is Rh- and my husband is positive, so doctor told me to take ICT test and it came out NEGATIVE. If it is negative, do I need to still take Anti D 300?
Thanks in advance.

As you are Rh negative & ICT is negative which is a good sign, you need to take Anti D to prevent the development of antibodies in your body which can harm the unborn fetus in next pregnancy.
Next Steps
Watch for fetal growth & fetal movements regularly.
