Anterior pelvis tilt
Male 31. I have symptom Ike anterior pelvic tilt . Recently I gain weight. Height 5.11 and wt 86 kg. I have suffered chondromalasia in past. I feel heel pain at the time of waking up in the morning. I feel pain in hamstrings insertion if I do leg curl with wt. Started feeling lower back pain for last 3 months. Are these problems interrelated?should I meet orthopedist or physiotherapist??

Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

It would be easier to understand your problem if you mentioned your symptoms in simple language without using words like pelvic tilt and hams insertion. Please get your blood test for Vitamin B12/D3 and S. Uric acid. These problems may be related and it's better to see an Orthopedic surgeon who can then recommend a therapist
