My HLAB27 is negative and MRI of SI joints and Pelvic is quite normal , but still i am feeling pain in lower back and both hips burning sensation,this symptom start after viral infection in FEB 2022,

HLA B27 test has a 90% sensitivity rate for Ankylosing spondylitis. Are you sure about the diagnosis? What is your treatment history? Are you experiencing any other symptoms? Detailed history is required.
