Unfortunately the disease is not curable. But the disease can be controlled with medications to a certain extent. Regarding spine, the patient has to be examined. There are various drugs that can control the disease, including biological agents like infliximab. But these need to be administered under the care of a rheumatologist.

take patient to a spine specialist and a rheumatologist. find out if he is a suitable candidate for medication and if needed Surgery.
