Sprain at ankle not only disturbs ur ligament but also all the surrounding structures of joint so there may be need for mild corrections of bony structures around joint and may require some muscle stretching and strengthening along with balance and proprioceptive exercises so better consult a Physiotherapist near you Thank you

Hello.... Ankle is a very versatile joint.... It does not only transfer your body weight to ground but also takes the equal and opposite reaction  from ground, assessing the ground to be uneven or rough or straight or plain .... Which is then processed by your brain to balance..... A minor injury in ankle disturbs the process... Please visit a physiotherapist for strengthening and proprioceptive exercises
