Hi
I play football twice a week and get a few minor injuries. Since past one to two weeks I have pain in my right ankle on the outer side upon twisting my right foot towards the upper right position.
There was no direct injury on the outer ankle.
What can I do to expedite healing process?

This would speed up healing process but not complete recovery

They would do taping, mobilisation and dry needling to heal u completely followed by exercises
