Ankle pain
I keep spraining my ankle frequently. Usually i suffer from swelling for 2 day and pain for 4 days or so. Then gradually it reduces. But this time the pain is still present even after a month. I consulted orthopaedic. He informed i'm suffering from chronic ATFL , have damage my one of the three ligament. He has prescribed me for physiotherapy.

At present the need of the hour is ankle strestenging exercises and you might require ultrasound if swelling still persist kindly visit the physiotherapist at the earliest in order to adviod future injuries.
