I have done MRI following is the report, please suggest me what to do. 1. Mild persistent thickening of the posterior talo-fibular ligament. 2. The anterior talo-fibular ligament is intact with inflammatory changes and fluid around it. 3. The marrow edema at the calcaneal insertion of the plantar fascia as well as the hyperintense signal in the fascia has regressed.

Hello Dear, The report says that you are having inflammation (swelling) in ligaments of the foot. You must be experiencing pain in the foot while walking because of this. If you can give absolute rest to your foot or if you complete a course of antiinflammatories your sweeping will subside and the pain will go.
