Ankle pain
Hiii Good evening. I'm working as software engineer from last 8years. From last 1 week I'm getting mild pain on ankle back side. Pain will be only 5 minutes when I wake up early morning. Apart from that wrist pain also for some times. Please suggest some medication. And also please let me know is it belongs to orthopaedic or Rheumatology.?

Pain most probably is due to Achilles tendinitis/ retrocalcaneal bursitis.
Next Steps
Need more specifics regarding exact location of pain. Till then, use Tab Signoflam twice a day after food for 3 days. Start with calf stretching exercises. Use arched sandals/shoes with soft sole and heel raise. Do not walk barefoot. Can apply warm water bags. Apply pain relief spray. Video consult with me if problem continues even after the following this advice.

The symptoms are very vague. Behind the ankle could also mean behind the heel region. If it's behind the heel, then it could be a retro-calcaneal bursitis which usually subsides with pain killers and physio. If it's just an ankle related problem, 1 week history is not too serious unless the pain is increasing at a fast pace. You will require a physical consultation either ways to be able to pin point the problem.
Next Steps
X-rays Ankle AP & Lateral views physical consultation if possible
