Ankle ligament injury
Would like to know how long does an ankle ligament injury gets cured . Have been suffering for the past one month how ever there is an improvement .. could feel stiffness as well slight pain due to which there is a lot of pressure happening in knees and calf muscles. Please advice.

The ligament injury will take 6-8weeks to heal but normal function and muscle strength normalization may take 2-4months.
