Angular cheilitis
I have got angular cheilitis in both corner of my leaps for around 7 days. I did not know much about this thing and thought it would go in 2-3 days. Tried vaseline, honey, took some vitamin b complex tablets. It did not disappear. Please suggest me a cream which can repair it quickly. Thank you
