I am getting anger very quickly and it's getting worst all time. Even for small and little things which disturb me and the words which I don't wanna hear then immediately am getting much anger. So plz suggest me something that I can control it

Do u feel silly about it? And does dese forbidden words produce fear and anxiety in u?
If so consult a psychiatrist online or in person at d earliest n seek help.
If not, den consult a clinical psychologist for anger management.
