Ciplar LA20 one after breakfast for two weeks. Nexito20 one after dinner for two weeks. When TESTs normal u fall in catagory of psychosocial catagory. So u don't have angina. You can go for trop I test. If value is more than one than u might have heart problems. Just use Iso SORBID NITRITE ONE under toung you can use upto four. Headache is side effects so take black coffee without sugar just three plates.
