First u have to decide yourself it has to be continued or stop. Think about d disturbances caused by this in your relationships it may be personal or professional. Now u start To drink plenty of water, To do exercises moderately, Then meditation, Avoid spicy food, Start to think positively towards d relationships with whom you'll get anger. Good luck.
