Asked for Male, 32 Years

Dear Doctors, I had a confrontation with a vendor and after that I had a burning sensation on my upper back and burps from my stomach. I am worried if it is a heart related issue. My ECG was normal when I visited cardiologist a month back Do I need to get myself checked again? Thanks
