Anger, depression and anxiety
I am sitting from anxiety , anger also and my situation get worded today as I threw juice on someone face because he was they were making fun of me. Please advice me a course of action.

Tips for Anger management : 1. Think before you speak. Take a few moments to collect your thoughts before saying anything. 2. Once you are calm, express your anger and frustration in an assertive but non confrontational way, without hurting others. 3. Get some exercise. 4. Take a timeout. Give yourself short breaks during times of the day that tend to be stressful. 5. Identify possible solutions. 6. Don't hold a grudge.  Forgive others. 7. Use humor to release tension. 8. Practice relaxation skills.
