Anemia treatment while pregnant
My GP was about to put me on anemia treatment but I found out same day I am pregnant so now my OBGYn doesn't want iron treatment at all, she said I should just treat anemia by diet.
My Gp wanted to treat me with 3 sessions of 500 mg iron in IV and now OBGYn saying food is enough and I feel concerned. She didn't even want me to take iron pills. Is this right?
