  4. Anechoic CYS in Pelvic region. This.

Anechoic CYS in Pelvic region
My right ovary shows 45x42x35 mm size thin walled Anechoic CYS with minimal fluid collection in Pelvic region. The uterus is mild bulky in size. My urine also shows mild infection with Leukocytes(pus cells)/hpf of 5-6. Wanted to consult what is the best approach to treat this.
