Anaphylactic reaction

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Sudden breathlessness..Sudden rashes all over the skin...Dizziness..spO2 drops down to 85-90% After inhaling 2-3 puffs of budecort Breathing improves..SpO2 rise upto 97%. After 20 min rashes sibsides.. Past h/o seasonal asthma since 15 yrs h/o allergic rhinitis since 10 yrs. Is this an anaphylactic reaction..? Wanted to know about use of Epipen..is it useful in such conditions.??

As described it seemed to be a case of acute anaphylaxis and any advice in such circumstances needs to be given after clinical examination and till than avoid any known triggering factor
