Anal stenosis is due spasm in anal sphincters. It needs dilatation. Piles mostly occurs in those persons who have chronic constipated bowel. You should take laxative medicine like Panchasakar Churna 3gm twice a day with warm water after meals.
Health Tips
Avoid spicy and fried junk foods. Drink plenty of water. Eat fibrous foods and fruit as well as green leafy vegetables.
