Anal pain when pass stool
When i pass stool there is pain in my anal area ...from 5-6 days so please tell me about that why thid pain occur ..

[ ] Hi, it seems you have developed fissure in ano. ( a cut in anal canal due to passage of hard stool). You need some good laxative to make stool soft do that it should not hurt the wounded area. Take isabgol husk in Luke warm water after dinner daily. You can try Triphala powder. There are certain ointment to relax the anal sphincter which helps in relieving pain and allows fissure to heal. Do sitz bath three times a day. Feel free to ask any further quary.

In my opinion you should take sitz bath twice daily and eat fruits and salads

Take Syr Duphalac 15 to 30 ml at bedtime if u are passing hard stools or if constipated. Drink plenty of liquids orally. Apply Anobliss ointment for local application to perianal area twice daily for 7 days. If symptoms persist, see a Gastroenterologist

Are you passing hard stools ? Drink plenty of oral fluids High fibre diet If it still persist then u need to be examined
