  4. Anal pain from 5 days. Necessary diet.

Anal pain from 5 days.
Since 5 days I'm getting pain in tha anal. Initially it was less but last 2 days it was high. Used Dolomide MR tablets for 2 days. Pain still persists. Please suggest medicine and necessary diet.

Use lox jelly locally thrice a day..also use anovate cream locally twice a day..have plenty of fluids..and high fibre diet...use syrup looz 20ml at night time....
