Pain in penis and anal

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I am having constant burning sensation in penis for last 1 year. I had a plenty of test .. all are negative. Doctors used to tell me that pain and all is due to cpps.i consumed medicines for that too no.results. Recently I have done semen culture . I am attaching with this post. Pls. Explain is that urinary infection .. or its cpps .. I'm having pain like hell.. help me..Pls.what should I do.. I'm doing pelvic stretching about 6 days. This is my current situation...
