Anal pain during motion

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I got dressing for wound near buttock. The betadine went in anus and then itching started for a while and due to that I rubbed with my nails. Since then from yesterday, I am having pain while defecation and no symptoms. But no blood or any thing. Please suggest is this anal fissure? I am applying coconut oil on that.
