Presently you may be having problem of Anal fissure with off and on symptoms. If not treated properly it may get infected and turn in fistula. With Ayurvedic t/t and Kshar Karma; Ana fissure will get properly healed. As of now you should have warm water tub bath and application of some soothing ointment like silverex ointment will help you. To avoid constipation you should have high fiber intake; plenty of liquids and take some laxative like 1 tea spoon of Panchasakar churna in night.
