Anal itching
I have chronic anal itching. Itching worsens at night while I am sleeping. It has been happening since 8-10 years on a daily basis. I have tried all types of intimate washes and have even tried Albendazole tablets as I initially thought this could have been a parasitic infection. Nothing has worked so far. Neither do I suffer from piles. What could be the cause and treatment options. Please guide!

The most probable cause is worm infestations
you can go for a stool examination to find out it could also be because of fungal infection you need to be examined
