Hi -You need to take lots of water for 2 reasons 1. As you are bleeding you need to take Water to hydrate yourself after passing stools take 1 -2 glass of water straight away 2. It helps in bowel movement and makes it easy for you to pass stools - you should take sitz bath twice a day for 10-15 mins with KMNO4 solution in warm water This will be soothing - Increase fibres content in your diet this is very important - You can take fibre supplement Eg Cremadiet powder in 1 to 2 glass of water before going to bed This will help you Dont panic and donot stress ( this will only increase your problems) just relax Hope this advice is helpful For Complete evaluation and treatment further consultation will be required Take care
