Main cause of Fissure, Piles is Constipation For Prevention and Treatment of Constipation- Drink lots of Oral fluid Take lots of Fruits , Vegetables , Salads (Minimum 1fruit, 1 cucumber, 1 carrot) Avoid Non-Veg & Extra Spicy Food.
