Anal fissure
Sir 1 month ago i had anal fissure...but now I don't have any pain while passing stool however I am having severe itching in anal region which is unbearable kindly help me out.

Kindly follow these 1. Have Plenty of Oral Fluids(3-4 litres/ Water / Coconut water etc ) Each Day More so in this Hot Weather 2. Try and Avoid oily and spicy food , Specially Avoid Red Chilly 3. Increase fibre in take in Diet , Increase salad , Fruits 4. if You have Constipation ( Hard Stools ) , Add Stool Softer Syp Duphalac 30 ml At Bed time and titre it accordingly Start these Medicines Tab Sompraz L Twice a day ANORELIEF Ointment at Anus 4 times a day SITZ Bath ( Warm Water fomentation /Dipping of Anus Region for 5 minutes 3 times a day
