Anal fissure
Lateral sphincterotomy was done for anal fissure 5 years ago. I had anterior and posterior anal fissure and horizontal direction not vertical . 6 years ago once colonoscopy was done and after 1 year of Lateral sphincterotomy endoscopy was done . All test result normal. But from last 20 days again a hole has been created at 11 ' O' clock position in just opening of the anus not inside anus. So , my question is my previous anal fissure was normal or complex ??? As I knew from Google that posterior anal fissure is normal but both anterior and posterior anal fissure for male is uncommon and it indicates danger sign and  I have also Irritable bowel syndrome.
