Anal Fissure
I've been suffering from anal fissure for the past two years. I'm refraining from surgery by eating healthy and regularly working out. I was passing very hard stools recently. They looked like mixed up colours with green brown and yellow and during the last part of poop I found some blood in my grey black stools today. Yesterday I had red banana for breakfast, Dal with some veggies and white rice for lunch and some chips for snacking. I even took two glasses of fiber powder drink to ease the pain due to constipation for the last two days. It hurts a lot. For the past three days I had some ice cream and chips after a long time after my wisdom teeth extraction to soothe the pain and cravings. I didn't know I would bleed today while passing stool. It hurts terribly. I can't move out of my bed. The pain resides till the next morning. And again the pain continues after I pass the stool. Kindly help me find an instant solution for this unbearable pain.
