Anal fissure
I used to have problems passing stool lately due to which i got cut in my anal area and got a skin tag like mass hanging outside the anus not sure if its fissure or what it is, can this thing be easily removed

Hi it seems you have developed fissure in ano with a sentineal skin tag. ( a cut in anal canal due to passage of hard stool. ). You need to take laxative to soften the stool so that to pass easily without hurting the area.You need to do sitz bath( Sitting in hot water tub. It takes time to heal. Mostly can be managed with non surgical approach. There are certain medicines to relax the sphincter which aids in healing of fissure. Feel free to ask any further quary.
