I’m suffering from anal fissure for past 2 weeks. I visited gasterentologist doctor. He prescribed an oilment And I am using it regularly. Unfortunately the bleeding has not yet stopped or the fissure has healed. What are the alternates for the issue? Will surgery be required ?
