Anal fissure
I have bleeding when passing motion. It starts at the anus opening. Colonoscopy done showed no internal bleed and motion also has no bleed, it bleeds from anal opening. I applied lidocaine and anovate ointment, no relief. Feeling very uncomfortable whenever it bleeds. Please suggest a good ointment and medicine to relive the discomfort and bleeding

It may be due to fissure...burning senastion after defication is due to fissure along with some blood......it is better to treat now only because in layman language there is a cut over there in anal region so if u strain more during passing stool it will increase day by day so main aim in these is to relieve the constipation....and u have already used allopathy medicines i knw its give u temporary relief but have these medicines u feels good....
