Anal Fissure
I have anal fissure. Over last 2 weeks I'm strictly following all protocols like taking cremaffin syrup for making my stool soft, 2 times sitz batch in warm water, eating all fiber food, applying ano metrogyl (lignocaine hydrochloride cream) before & after bowel movement and crema gel at night. Last 2-3 days i was feeling that i'm not getting such kind of pain during bowel movement and i felt it's healing. Suddenly today I'm getting pain after bowel movement (not during bowel movement). It persist over 2-3 hours and coming done. Please suggest me what should I do.. Don't suggest any surgery related anything because already I had anal abscess surgery 2 months before. Kindly help me.

Pain during bowel movement means? In abdomen or near anus pain is there? If abdominal pain, have to do an ultrasound, if anal pain then same medications have to take.
