Doctor I'm having anal fissure and constipation. How to get rid of constipation, And how to use keralas AVP kalyanaka gritham.. pls suggest any best medicine for constipation.

Hi :-Do not take red and green chilli. :-take boiled beat root in your salad. :- take warm milk before sleep. :-drink atleast 1 ltr water in a day. :-If your fissure is big then go for surgery . :-Do not sit on hard place. :-Do not eat banana it will increase your constipation.

1)Drink 20 to 30ml warm ghrita 5 to 10 min before food for 7 days....this will heal your wound, soften your stool for preventing further fissure. 2) Apply Jatyadi oil with your finger inside anal region after stool pass and at night before sleeping for 5 days....this will heal your wound completely. 3)Sit in warm water with dettol in it for 10 to 15 min twice....this will relax your anal sphincter, will give instant relief from pain prevent you from any infection and enhance healing of fissure. 4) Praval panchamrit ras-1 tab twice a day 1 hr after food.... Within 2 days you will see relief but still continue for 5 days

Any Ghrita should be taken early morning around sunrise 🌅 , empty stomach with a planned fast for next 3-4 hrs atleast. Anal fissure is a common complaint in patients with chronic, passimitic, phsychogenic, constipation. So, you are right, treat your constipation.
