Anal fissure and bleeding.
How to treat anal fissures and bleeding through Ayurveda? I remain fine but every couple of weeks I experience pain, mild bleeding while passing stool. What can I do at home to get long term relief?

Piles and fissure both are fully treatable. Try to avoid all the maida, oily, fried and spicy food in your diet. Include lot of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Avoid non veg in your food and try you don’t have constipation. Ayurveda has very good treatment for piles and fissure along with lifestyle management but for treatment we need a detailed history so it would be best if you come for online consultation. Hi :-Do not eat red and green chilli. :-sit on soft seat. :-take sitz  bat two time in a day. :- eat fibrous  fruit  and vegetable salad. :-Do not eat non veg. :- for medicine  you can consult  here.

Apply ghee or Jatyadi oil 4cm minimum inside anal region before going to sleep.. This is temporary solution for pain... For permanent solution consult here privately

Thanks for trusting Ayurveda and seeking help on authentic platform. For u summer heat may be trigger at nase long standing stomach upset... In some case prior any medicine for fever causing dry cuts on anal lips die to hard stool...

u can have warm Buttermilk and ghee in soups till u passes stool without medicine along with seitz bath in warm water 20-30min twice a day, by application of thick coconut oil (gets thick in refrigerator) mixed with camphor or ointment .

Start proper ayurvedic medicine.. Do sitz bath twice daily.. Avoid spicy and oily food.. Watch for constipation.. Use air tube to sit..
