Anal Bleeding
There is some anal bleeding from last 3-4 days.Not much and not even everytime.I feel some swellibg around the anal.And there is pain after passing the stool.

Visit a surgeon and  get complete clinical and proctoscopy examination done to establish the  diagnosis. Pain may be due to fissure in ano and  swelling  can be due to  external  haemorrhoids

start sitz baths  Anobliss ointment locally tab daflon 1000mg once daily and  tab signoflam one tab twice daily for 5days
