Observed a sperical outgrowth at the right side of uvula in my son's throat. is it related to its continuous coughing problem?

If there is growth in the uvula it's not normal for sure..but it has to be differentiated whether it due infection/congestion/mass.visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment.
