You can take but without any consultation don't take multi vitamin or mineral tablet because they may interfere with function and absorption of other nutrients. Also exces of them may cause toxicity.

if your are taking thyroid medication then all suppliments like calcium and iron should not be taken immediately, but after some hours of taling thyroid medication. these supplements interfer in the absorption of thyroid medicine.
