My Zinc level is 37.8 mcg/dl. How much time it will take to recover to normal. I am taking Muscleblaze Multivitamin.

Hi If you are thinking that zinc levels in your body will come to your normal requirement of popping a pill I’m sorry to break the bubble but it won’t really work The science behind any supplementation is that OCP’s gets just 20-30% absorbed instead you could have gone for Intravenous injections it would have bought your zinc levels to normal in 2 months course thereafter you should have taken natural sources to prevent further loss
