Yes you can get whiter teeth with bleaching  but before bleaching you have to get full mouth cleaning & polishing done.  with that if you are satisfied with the colour of teeth you need not do bleaching but if not then as a next step bleaching  is to be considered.  but pl remember all these procedures are temporary & your maintenance of oral hygiene is very important.
