Yellowish liquid seen around the C-Secti

I had a Lateral C-Section.on 29-May. The bandaid around my dressing started opening up on itself and I happened to observe a yellowish liquid around my stitches, please suggest if pus is coming out of my wound or is it a medicine which may have been applied around my wound.
