Hi Yellow deposits and stains are excessive tartar formation which needs general cleaning and polishing.This is mandatory for yearly once . Once in 15 days use tooth powder to brush.Boil some clove and baking soda and gargle once in 15 days .Use mouth rinse daily at night times.
