Yellow and black worm on my teeth

Why there appear yellow and black marks on my teeth so rapidly.black worm make hole holes in my teeth.How Can they be removed? What toothpaste should I use to remove them.pics are attached plz recommend me some medicine to remove them.  I brush my teeth once a day. Sometimes in the morning and sometimes at night.

Hi sir...     That black marks are  tooth decay which cause cavity in your teeth and it needs to be filled.....Yellow marks are due to soft and hard deposits(plaque and calculus) that needs to be cleaned (scaling)...Eventhough you brush well, there is always some inaccesibe areas that needs to be cleaned (scaling)by dentists...No other tooth paste os available to remove yellow and black marks...
