I have been attending my Office Mini gym for more than one year. I have been lifting weights upto 50 Kg. Two months ago i got a near my right wrist and then in left wrist. Also i have elbow and should pain. I still can work out, but some kind of irritations are there.

Gentle Neck Exercises.
Avoid sleeping on affected side..
