After 6 weeks of cast finally it has been removed but I have swelling and painful to move my hand properly Attached X ray for reference new one

Initially after removal of cast, some amount of stiffness and pain will present. With proper physiotherapy, pain should subside gradually and stiffness to improves over period of time. Also, need to know if any Vitamin C treatment was started after fracture.
