Hello , Since you underwent a wisdom tooth extraction of it was surgical removal of the tooth it's very normal to have pain however if the pain has aggravated after 3/4 the day of extraction you might have got a confirm called as dry socket . This condition is very painful . The dentist needs to give you a ZOE PAC in order to cover the exposed bone (as the clot was disloged) the PAC will come out on its own once the wound starts to heal up.
