Hello mam, I have a problem with my wisdom teeth in the lower side of jow . It has nt cm outside the gums n inside it is in sleeping position ( got to know through x-ray)..Bcoz of this i am going through 1 root canal treatment.it is good to extract wisdom teeth ?plz suggest

Yes, its correct to get a wisdom tooth out if its causing problem to other tooth which are essential for chewing.

If wisdom teeth is creating issues it's well acknowledge with my clinical experience has to be removed and there nothing to do with adjacent rcts. Even it's better for the adjacent teeth to maintain of oral hygiene naturally. Thanks

yes,it is advisable to remove the wisdom tooth.In your case since it seems to be in a position where it is causing food lodgement which has led to a carious lesion in the front tooth,its better to get it removed before the crown preparation in the front tooth is started,

Get the tooth removed as soon as the root canal treatment is done,before the crown preparation is started.I will take about two weeks for the gums to settle down,once they do,its better to get the crown preparation done.
