Seems like an erupting third molar is decayed. Visit your dentist, he'll take an IOPAR and get it removed.

Refer to an Oral Surgeon
Health Tips
Brush properly twice daily. Brush your teeth till the last tooth. Use mouth washes to maintain proper oral hygiene.

Get it evaluated by a dentist. U r 16 and wisdom molar is erupting, it looks like from the pic. Get it evaluated whether there is enough space for it come out by an X-ray and clinical examination. If there’s space to erupt, a little exposure of the tooth by removing a part of the above gums using electrocautery will create space and the tooth will erupt without pain. But if it’s in an abnormal position, better to extract it.
Next Steps
Do warm salt water gargles. U can massage the area with dentogel/dologel for relief

Hi... It looks like ulceration due to your last molar tooth while jaw opening and closing. Visit dentist and take proper treatment early. You can use mouthwash for gargling.
